I ordered two pairs of sandals. And I'm delighted with them! They're really well made, elegant and with a lovely low heel, I couldn't be more pleased. The retro style bracelet is gorgeous and surprisingly weighty. Delivery was incredibly speedy.

I ordered this product on the 28th July. After making my payment, I received a confirmation of order email but since then, I have had no communication from them - nothing regarding the delivery information, despite the fact that I have sent numerous emails (6 so far) requesting details. Each of my emails has been ignored. I have now sent an email cancelling the order and requesting a full refund immediately.

This is an update on my previous review. I'm happy to state that all problems have been resolved and I will be receiving a replacement dress in the colour and size requested. I was asked to cut up the dress, take a photo and send it to them as proof the dress was destroyed. I thought this was fair as I had said it couldn't be worn and was too big. I feel the outcome of contacting customer service has been positive and they have been very quick to respond and resolve my issue... all in all, very efficient if a little stressful for the customer. I would also like to say that the dress I received was beautifully made but had a defect that escaped quality control but one must accept that these things can happen. Ultimately the problem is resolved and I look forward to receiving the replacement.
