My husband and I ordered some baby turtles from Big Apple Herps, and they arrived healthy and well. When a species we had wanted wasn't available, we were notified immediately, and a spectacular suggestion was made. All communication with staff was wonderful

Don't be afraid to ask questions on availability, the staff is very helpful
