Worst customer service. They sent me a damaged product and when I returned it, they charged me 6$ fee. I placed order again, the same thing repeated. When I called customer service and asked about it the agent was not ready to help me and he was not even ready to transfer my call to his supervisor. I was really surprised that he said he will not transfer even after he was not able to answer my question.
This is the worst customer service that I ever had encountered.
