“Cascara Fool's Breakfast Brew - Drip Grind”

Simply Excellent. The only brew avail is Drip Grind. I use my single cup French Press, one level teaspoon, boil natural spring water pH6 -7.5, brew for 5 minutes and Enjoy. I actually get a 'buzz' from all the antioxidants in this blend. I welcome this extra source of nutrition during COVID19 days. All I need is one cup per day
