The service is non exisant. All automated responses and your issues will never be resolved. Gameplay fifa and EA24 is scripted. It has multiple faults, glitches and bugs which get resolved by an update to only cause another. You will never be compensated when you spend money in game and then have to play against an invisible team (hacked) to lose your rewards and waste your time. Games broke and EA24 is worse if the beta is anything to go by.
Tip for consumers:
Don't bother. Save your mental health. Maybe exercise or play something enjoyable instead. The game will stress you out due to constant bugs, glitches, cheats, money wasting, time wasting, scripted gameplay and you'll never get a response from a person if you have an issue.

EA is a terrible company to get a response from. It's always an automated response and difficult to get hold of a person. EA sports games especially have many faults that cost players money on in game purchases. Yes they are eventually fixed with updates, but you will never be compensated. Gameplay always has bugs and is often hacked.

It's addictive and frustrating. Will effect your mental health.
