THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOLLOW UP.
I ordered the same model fridge filter that has always been compatible with my fridge freezer. When it arrived, (with the same model number as the existing filter I was uinsg in the fridge) it was not compatible. So although the label suggested it was the same model that I needed, it was in fact a different.
The company never replied to any of my emails, and the don't answer the phone.
THEY ARE TOTAL FRAUDS. I lost out on £60!
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE THE FRIDGE FILTER COMPANY - THEY DON'T SEND THE RIGHT FILTER, THEN THEY DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS OR ANSWER THE PHONE. TOTAL FRAUDSTERS!
