We are exploring where we would like to retire and decided that we might want to check out the Boise area as an option in the near future. We contacted Michael who responded quite quickly to my request. I told him what our ideas were in regards to retirement and scoping out different areas. He told us if ever wanted to come to Boise to let him know and he would give us a tour of the city and the surrounding areas to the city so we could get a lay of the land. The term he used, "So that you can narrow down the area where you might want to plant your flag." We met with him in Oct of 2015 and we could not have had a better experience! He picked us up at our hotel and took us around for 2 days! First day was the tour of the city and surrounding are of the city and to look at a few houses I had seen on Zillow. After ascertaining what we were really looking for, he set up homes for the second day to look at in areas that were of interest to us. He NAILED IT! The homes we looked at were gorgeous and exactly the types of homes that would c be of interest to us. We will not be moving for the next few years, but in our opinion if we decide to "plant that flag" in Boise, we will not use anyone other then Michael. No pressure, straight facts, he listens to what you are saying and really hears you. Not to mention he is a very pleasant gentleman. Both my husband and I were very impressed. Even though we are not ready to buy yet, I would recommend him HIGHLY to anyone considering the Boise, ID area. You cannot lose.
