If I could give a rating on 0 stars I would. I placed an order for $198 worth of hair products on 5/10. The confirmation stated that fulfillment takes 1 day and orders shipped in 2 to 3 days.
As of 6/6 I still had not received my order. When I inquired about this, I was directed to an app called "Shop" which tracks orders. My order appeared there and the status was "shipped" but no tracking number or ship date was provided.
The site stated "Have a problem with your order? Please contact us at *******@beautypricematch.com"
I sent an email on 6/7, I provided the order number, I requested a response in 72 hours. Crickets.
Fortunately, my credit card company issued me a full refund. They also recommended that I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
