Not a good fit for eBay sellers. Their products are mostly unbranded and not competitively priced for eBay. Their customer service was very responsive. They seem to deliver on what they offer, which is why Salehoo has them as a trusted vendor- that was the main reason I signed on with them. I asked for a refund of the membership fee and received it, so the company seems to be on the up-and-up.
Tip for consumers:
It's likely fine if you want a product for your own use, but NOT for drop shipping.
