I purchased 4 tickets to Alaska for July but had to cancel due to COVID-19. I have tried to contact hooper but get nothing but prettied messages. There is no customer service and no phone numbers to call. Tried the airlines and charge card, they said talk to hooper. Can't! I feel like I have been charted and ripped off. Will not recommend this company ever, unless something changes quickly!
