I ordered an area rug today and spoke by phone with Carla. She is the best customer service rep and her personality is adorable. I wanted to make sure that she was acknowledged. It's unusual to get excellent customer service these days and I got it today! Thank you Carla!

I ordered a duvet cover and pillow shams. Boy did I get scammed. The dye from the design was leaked all over the background fabric. The material was cheap and awful. The design was also stolen from another site. Trying to get my money back but they ghosted me. Not one response to my emails. Do not buy from them, beware!
