I placed 2 orders, 15 Dec & 20 Dec 2023 at the Aus version of the website (walkonbeach.com.au). I knew there may be delays with Christmas & New Year.
I have received an email saying that the order from 20 Dec was dispatched and a tracking number provided, but when I put the tracking number in the link provided it says there is no item.
The 1st order still shows as "processing" - it's now 8 Jan 2024.
I sent an email to the email listed on their website but it could not be delivered.
I have sent them another message using the eform on their website.
I even checked this review website before placing the order but the 5 star reviews must be fakes. Hopefully this review will stop someone else from being scammed.
