Awful! Paid extra for speedy shipping to get the necklace in time to wear for my wedding -- came late. They refused to refund me the shipping cost. When I eventually did wear the necklace, I broke out in a rash. I'm allergic to metals that aren't 925 Silver, which this necklace claims to be. However, there is no hallmark/stamp showing it's 925 silver. The company refused me a refund again. Terrible!
