I have made several attempts to contact them to no avail. Their chat line is a joke. They never respond on their chat line or to emails sent. My order was delivered to the wrong address and it was confirmed by DHL that this was in fact true. I am exasperated by this situation. I have a feeling I will be unable to get a resolution. If I had charged it to my credit card instead of using Quadpay, I could dispute the charge. I do not understand how a business can operate in this fashion.
