I ordered clippers on the 4th of November paid extra for priority express mail. Didn't receive a tracking number or confirmation until I called the next day asking for a refund. He was very rude told me my email wasn't working. That's the best excuse you can come up with? He told me I'm serving your tracking number and hung up on me. They don't respond to emails. They don't have hours up. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting. It's November 06 and I still haven't revived my clippers or a refund on my shipping. Usps hasn't even received my package yet just a label was printed. I'm so mad I trusted an off brand site never again. I just want my money back. I needed theses for work.
