I ordered an elbow brace as I had an operation and according to their website it would be delivered within 4 days. I am still waiting. DhL now confirmed that I can expect the parcel within another 18 work days. I informed customer service that I am cancelling the order as I am back at work and won't be needing it, and was informed that they cannot cancel while the arcel is en route but will give me a voucher of 25% of the purchase price for future purchases. Unacceptable. They marketed themselves as a South African company. Stay clear
