I am starting to get impressed with this company. They have improved on their customer service and product deliveries. Seems they're have taken criticism positively. I received my recent order in 10 days, compared to nearly a month it took previously. Besides they called later to confirm if I had received the Package.

I buy a lot of makeup from both Glambot and Sephora. Sephora has all the great new releases and Glambot has all the hard to find items that are now discontinued. Why doesn't Glambot have a VIB Program like Sephora?

I hate going into the store to buy makeup. Sephora is especially bad because it's always crowded and the floor workers aren't very helpful. I like to check things out on my own leisure and don't like to feel followed. Shopping online on this site is a great outlet for me.

Natura Bisse does costs more than your ordinary drugstore cosmetics, however, the amount you get for the quality product is fair.
