Horrible experience, they call you and promise the world. They tell you a date that the advertising will be done but then it not done, excuse after excuse. They said when I paid in May 2022 that I would be on front of bag, paid $ 1000.00 or just about and I am on bottom re: side of a bag where can't see me, complete joke for a $ 1000.00. I could have made up 500 bags with my advertising all over the bag and gave to a local store for $ 1000.00 if not less. The bags are nothing special. MARC told me would be in store end of October, early November for Christmas season. Store received January 20th because I complained enough. MARC lied though and pretend two times the bags were in the store or sent to store late October and November. I see what they do, they promise the world but then have to get enough advertisers to fill up the bag. Can't even see me, complete joke. Did not tell me that Home Hardware would be on whole front of bag when they pay nothing. In fact I called other people that advertised on the bag in past and some said it took a year and a half, they said horrible experience and never deal with them again. If you google reviews and complaints re: MARC you will see not to advertise with them! Nothing I can do as they cover themselves. There are more complaints just have to google both MARC group and MARC advertising. I called 4 people and they all said a nightmare.

I was very disappointed in Coach, I ordered a pair of really nice looking boots, called the Rya boot, not a wonder why can get in every size at this time still. Very nice looking boot but no way could get foot in. I ordered 1/2 size larger thinking boots and can wear pair of socks with. My feet are not wide, would not say overly narrow but usually a spot on size 7.5, sometimes narrow for some shoes or boots. I don't go with 8.5 boots and shoes as are always too big so went 8.
I had my friend with size 6.5 feet and narrow foot try this boot on and she could not get her foot in.

I went to send boots back thinking they took $ 11.00 off the refund for shipping which still thought unfair if defective. I had to pay for the shipping re: $ 48.00. I told Coach very upset about the boot as defective and should not have to pay the shipping and they should rebate me. They said no! I won't order again now and will tell people and all my followers not to order on line from Coach. Their loss because reviews spread and with social media today it allows others to know quickly. Not to mention I did keep the purse and wallet and that cost me over $ 400.00 so not like I didn't spend any money either. I am happy with purse and wallet.

Tip for consumers:
Don't order clothing or boots unless you have tried on before. Coach will not refund shipping even if defective which in my case the boots were defective. Shipping was very costly.

Products used:
Purse and wallet I kept but the boots were defective. I had to pay $ 49.00 for shipping to return defective boots.

Just a complete rip off, take money and pretend sunglass hut, just gross. I have reported them to government agencies and bank agencies, world wide. Tired of these people sitting at a desk having time to rip people off.
