Total Frustration getting any communication out of this supplier! Advised them by email not to ship a delayed item of my order, since initial shipping was far past what they quoted and it would never be received in time for Christmas as it was a gift. No response then they ship anyway. Told them they might as well hold it up from leaving China. Again no acknowledgement or response! As others have complained the first item in my order was terrible quality and didn't match dimensions of their online size chart. Stay away.
