I recently bought a wiko view 2 pro phone from bangkok company tohome.com, when the phone arrived it would not charge and kept giving an error message, I contacted tohome and they wanted a video recording of the error, I sent this to their email site as instructed and they then advised me that I had used the wrong email address and should check their site for another email address, I searched their site and could not find an alternative email address. I then checked for wiko service centers and found one nearby in chiangmai so I contacted them and they asked me to bring the phone to them and leave it with them for two days. The next day they called and said the phone could not be repaired and they offered me a new phone which I now have and it is brilliant, So for people considering buying a wiko, while the sellers may not be up to the standard you would expect, remember the wiko service centers are brilliant. I would give wiko service one hundred stars if allowed.
