HUckaby is a liar. After you give them you credit card to pay the $1.00 they slam you for an additional charge of $23.00 every month. ( for a damn comic book) It's in the small print that you agreed to this. I"m sorry but there is no real disclosure for this. So beware they will bait n switch on you. The $1 come on in the commercial is completely misleading.
I paid for state return, but it won't file the returns, It says I have unanswered questions, but I have been through it 5 times and there are no unanswered questions. Their instant help does not respond. I ve spent hours doing this answering all the questions and now I'm going elsewhere. No place to call and work this out. They just took my money and now won't file. Very angry and disgusted.

Very confusing with the rebate card. You should net the price to me without jumping through hoops in the rebate process and waiting weeks for the damn card. None of that is explained up front but at the end after I['ve gone through all this trouble. And no way to upload my script. Basically you only get 1 star I hate the bait and switch
