As a Real Estate agent we sometimes need to help our Buyers obtain Homeowners Insurance and Home Inspections. I had a closing set up to close in couple of days. We had to get HO insurance, and get it fast. Most all inspection companies we called to get a 4 point inspection were booked for the next day. When I called LEMCO they said the same thing. I mentioned we had a closing in a couple days and were in need of a 4 point inspection of the property we were closing on. Darlene Massey got on the phone and called all her inspectors to see if they could squeeze us in the next day. They did! We had the inspection and now we needed to get the complete inspection back to us the same day with pictures. They worked late well past 5 pm to get it done We had it in our email that evening were able to get insurance and close on time.
