“Not sure what to expect”

Being relatively new to trading I was not sure what to expect. I am fascinated by the Elliot wave principle and would like to learn more. The site reflects a greater interest in stocks and options trading. The section on Elliot wave theory didn't teach me anything I didn't already know. I need to learn how to trade the Elliot wave from a practical point of view. I find the 1 hour timescales not to my liking and prefer 4 hour and daily time frames. But the explainations offered are pretty good I just seem unable to grasp how to apply elliot with any degree of confidence.
