3 days before Christmas they told me they didn't even have the product I ordered. The heldon the mind money for weeks. Finally I had to write them and ask the reason that it didn't ship yet and make sure it was going to be here by Christmas because I had to order it somewhere else if not. They truthfully kicked me around for days. 4 days. Before finally telling me only 2 days before Christmas that their company is actually worthless and you cannot trust them... seriously, do not buy from these people.
Tip for consumers:
make sure your money goes to a real company instead of this excuse of one

none, they never sent me my products. they never had my products in the first place after placing the order
