Bought my system from them and have had nothing but problems. It starts with the sensors are cheap junk that break taking the covers off. Then I started having issues where it would go off before I would get to my car or arm the system and leave, hear it beeping (arming) and come in the next day and its not armed.
I have the longest text thread in history with them to no resolve. After 1 1/2 year of issues he told me I needed to buy a repeater which I said I would not because I was assured this system would work in my business. He ended up sending the repeater and still same issues.
I think I spent close to $1000. 00 for this and its garbage. Run far away
