My wife Lydia has had an on going problem with Alamo Dental Clinic located in Los Algodones, B. C. Mexico. Two dental surgeons here in Phoenix AZ stated her teeth extraction for dentures was the worst dental work they had ever seen. Lydia may never be able to wear lower dentures.

During the whole procedure Dr. Lopez was seeing other patients, talking on his cellphone, and working in Lydia's mouth without changing his gloves. A serious infection developed when bone between the roof of her mouth and her sinus cavity was cracked allowing bacteria to enter. Surgery was needed to repair the bone damage and drain the infection. Her teeth were pulled so violently chunks of bone came out as well in her lower jaw. Two partial teeth were also left in. We later learned Dr. Lopez was only qualified to do cosmetic work not extractions.

Our requests for a refund have been ignored even after x-rays and notes from the dental surgeons here were sent to them.

Many people here in the states and Canada go there for dental work. I would like to alert everyone of the shoddy work and care they perform and keep them from experiencing the pain and suffering Lydia has endured.
