I ordered a Pergo floor transition piece which was recommended as a match for my floor by Pergo Online. The floor is Pergo too, so I believed they knew what they were doing. The floor is grayish and the transition piece they recommended/sold me is brownish. It does not match. I contacted them about returning this item and they said, "No returns." So, instead of using this site, I would highly recommend you go through Lowe's or Home Depot or a similar operation that will allow you to return something.

I'm not sure Zappos is the least expensive shoe purchasing option, but I use it all the time because of the great selection and amazing service. If you don't like a pair of shoes or it doesn't fit, no problem. It's easy to return. Amazingly though, out of ten pair or so of shoes I've purchased, I've never had to return any because of fit or style. The website does a great job of letting you see what you're getting.

Ideally you never have a problem with a rental car (or your own car, for that matter). My wife and I picked up our Hertz rental and drove off, only to discover it had a low-going-flat tire. We returned and within 10 minutes had our replacement vehicle and we were back on the road for our vacation. The only thing better than not having a problem is recovering quickly from a problem and Hertz did that for us.

If it's not right, they've always fixed it (for me).

Booked flight and hotel. Charge went thru immediately on my credit card. Found a lower price several hours later, contacted Hotwire, but they had no record of ny flight or hotel. Tried again the next day and was told they did have my reservation, but I was past the 24 hour price match guarantee window. If they do this to everyone, they'll never have to match a lower price. Learned my lesson. I'll never use Hotwire again.
