I ordered one pair of shoes - unfortunately, I failed to read reviews on this company first. I ordered a size 12, but when I hit the confirm button, the order confirmation indicated a size 14?! I immediately, and I mean immediately called their customer service number (got a recording) texted the number provided and was asked for the order number. The requested info was provided and the response I got back was, "We are sorry but your order cannot be changed or canceled once processed." Followed by a second text, "You are welcome to return any unwanted products according to our return policy." Followed by a third text, "Unfortunately, Joe's does not offer free return shipping." This was litterally within minutes of placing the order. They could have and should have correct the order in less time than they spent texting me their "sorrys" Initially I wasn't sure how the size got changed, but after this experience, I am now satisfied that the size 14 posted on my order was not my error. Joe's has lost the potential of a very good customer, and if you heed my warning, they will likely lose many more.
