No shuttle at hotel, never told it was out of service until after I parked.
I showed up ~2.5 hours before my flight, parked at the hotel, walked into the lobby, and was told by the hotel staff that they shuttle had been out of service for over 2 weeks, and they had communicated with AirportParkingReservations.com multiple times, as they kept sending people there. I was told there's nothing they could od about it, since they don't have a way to communicate with AirportParkingReservations.com customers directly, so it was AirportParkingReservations.com responsibility to pass the communication and stop selling parking spots for their hotel. I asked for a refund, and not only it took them a month to get back to me, they claim that because I did not cancel in advance, they can't refund it, blah blah blah. Needless to say, this company is REALLY bad, they don't care about customer service, nor they seem to care about future customer engagement. They will not last too long operating this way.
