So I purchased a pocket bike on 2/27/23 for a birthday present that will be needed by 3/18. Their website says that delivery normally takes about 5 days. Well... here we are 17 days later and no product. It appears UPS lost the package, and I get it, these things happen. However their response to me was "well we have to allow them to trace the package and see if they can find it" which I said ok to a few more days, but they now expect me to wait a whole week and the birthday is in a few days. So they replied with another email saying "well here's UPS phone number for you to call" To me that is poor customer service, first of all, why should I be inconvenience like this, they already charged me for a product that I do not have. At the very least YOU call UPS and keep track, or better yet send me another one expedited but they said they do not do that. I told them NO, I am not waiting anymore, and that I want a refund. Bad experience and I do not recommend them...By the way UPS sucks also.
