A family member had a car accident on North Lack Road in Richmond hill. The insurance was notified, and nothing more was done. The car was scrap. The police officer on site was very kind and helpful. Two months later, I got a bill of 505.00 dollars, saying that that is the fee the city charges when you have to call fire, ambulance etc. the fire department was not called, and ambulances cost around 50 dollars if you take them. There was NO SERVICE. I wrote them a letter explaining I will not be paying for services not rendered or that I was even notified that exist. The woman who called me again could not communicate at all. I could not understand one word she said nor her me. She then forwarded my complaint to another department. I have not heard back since. This is fraud.

Tip for consumers:
Please, citizens of your community. Do not accept what is unfair. Do not go along with laws or rules that are not fair, make no sense, and are clearly made by incompetent or greedy people. Say no to corruption and bodies that are taking advantage of people and situations for their own principles. Stand for fairness, and justice will have a chance.

Products used:
I sent a letter of complaint to their office. (fire department office) of the city of Richmond hill and notified them that I never got any services from them at my accident. and I am waiting for a response, but this is political and corp abuse. They are charging 500 dollars plus when an ambulance or fire-truck are called.
The organizations are already paid for by our taxes. Why would someone pay again? not to mention no firetruck was called or came. Beurcratic/politics/ corp/ corruption.

I went to the MTO Drive Test Centre in NEWMARKET, Ontario. They had women monitoring people, and I suppose there to ask any questions anyone has. He had a tough time communicating. I was with someone who was booking a road test. She got the same driver three times, and he failed her three times. I made a complaint about this guy before, and they sent me the same one. His name was Andrew, He of course, he failed her again. They are not allowed to give you the same instructor twice. She got him three times. We then went to book the G1 test. We were told to get a number and wait in line by a very rude receptionist. We waited one hour when we finally got fed up. We went to the counter and asked about the G1 and how long will we have to wait; we were then told there is no waiting time for the G1 and that we needed to just walk into the room and do the test. The secretary here was also extremely rude, a face you would not want to see again. This particular location is where we had to call the police because the previous manager would not return our documents after having a conflict with him. The POLICE were called in to get our documents back. He wasn't there this time, maybe he got fired, his assistant who decided to get into the conflict also started to run after us and take a picture of our licence plates, It was reported to the police, and they were completely at fault. STAY AWARE of THIS LOCATION; THEY ARE ALL insulting, disorganized, indifferent and just plain rude. The examiner's well, "Andrew," is a complete narcissistic underdeveloped incompetent failure to the organization.

Tip for consumers:
I would avoid the MTO Drive centre in Newmarket and choose another location. And stay away from an examiner called "Andrew" the whole management there and secretary give wrong information, are indifferent, don't help and very rude. The woman at the door cannot communicate at all, and I had many conflicts with her; try Downsview or any other location.

MTO drive Test Centre in Newmarket. I went to another drive test centre instead. the one in Downsview has better customer service.

I had the worst criminal experience with a psychiatrist from South Lake Hospital (Dr Felchenbach) in Newmarket; this man should be in jail. And it makes me wonder why the hospital is keeping him on. There have been numerous complaints about his doctor, who treated a family member with medication that put them nearly in a coma. He needs to go, and South lake needs to be more careful about who they allow to work or practice medicine in that hospital.

Tip for consumers:
Please stay away from this doctor. Dr Felchenbach is a criminal and would have his licence revoked and he should be in jail.

I have had LG and works great, but their new machines are not as good as the ones they made before; I bought a new machine in Oct. Water leaked from the door, so I had to go directly to the store where I bought it from, and they helped me get a complete refund. The store manager of this Home Depot was kind enough to help me get a refund. Lg itself was horrible and also Home Depot Alliance Customer care is not very good, this Gentleman, the Manager of The Aurora Home Depot was amazing and very kind and very helpful. Thank You to him or I would not have gotten my money back and would have been left with a new and defected machine, my advise is to buy things from good people.

Tip for consumers:
Buy your appliances from reputable people that care about their customers, The new LG front load (round) door is not a good machine; it is horrible. I called customer service, and they would not answer the phone; I finally got through to the manager of Aurora Home Depot, who helped me a lot, Be careful about how you buy your products. it counts a lote.

Products used:
LG does not have full refunds after 40 days; I happened to get a refund because the manager who I bought the machine from was a very helpful and fair person. The customer service for appliances at home depot is not very good, I was on hold for a very long time and then I was told they would not be taking any more calls, I went directly to the store and spoke to the manager happened to do everything in his power to help me have the machine returned with a refund.

I had a basic capital one card, and always paid on time; one payment was late because of some banking issues, I paid the balance immediately as I found out it was late; I started getting calls from this hysterical woman telling me or threatening me that I better pay the amount right away or They will ruin my credit rating and so one. I tried to explain to her that I had paid that amount already a month previous. She refused to listen and continued with her hysterical behaviour, I put a complaint in, and the complaint went nowhere. Their complaints department is a joke; I also have people from other countries answering my complaints that do not even live in Canada. In fact they closed my account with a balance still on it of 60 dollars that they needed to give back to me as I actually made an overpayment. They didn't mention that I had to find out through asking. If I didn't make the inquiry they would have kept the 60 dollars as well,

Tip for consumers:
Don't give them your business. they make a huge amount of money with crazy interest rates and have the nerve to be rude to its paying customers, the staff don't well are very rude.

This bank is one of the worst though there are no good banks. But this one, in particular, have extremely rude clerks and bad online banking; I had been locked out many times because they sent me security questions I never even set up as mine. They are incompetent and very rude.

Tip for consumers:
Do not say with the Bank Of Montreal, the worst bank I had to deal with.

i changed to the Royal Bank Of Canada, which I have some issues there but there customers service is much better.

This is the worst product I bought in my entire life. The company should be shut down. The hard drive needed to be replaced, the internet car replaced, the charger not working, and the lap it heating up a possible fire hazard. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT IS GARBADGE. I bought it in sept. Never used it, needed it for school and started it up, and it was a piece of garbage I had two techs come twice to fix it, and it is still not working, DO NOT BUY THIS GARBADGE.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT; IT IS GARBAGE. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY LIKE APPLE OR ANYTHING BUT DELL.

G 15 . it is a horrible product; it needed a new hard drive, internet car, the charger not working, and the pad not working. the product is pure garbage, don't buy it. and this is before I even used it. i never got a chance to even use it.
