I returned a set of bras I ordered and thankfully had the return tracked. They arrived on August 22,2010. As of two days ago I finally received my refund. But I had to constantly hound the "customer service" department about the return. They told me they never received the return. I then gave them the USPS tracking info. Then they said it probably went to someone else in the building they would have to check around. A month goes by and I hear nothing from them. I email them again. Again they said they didn't receive anything to send them the tracking number. I had USPS send me a detailed email of the shipment which I then forwarded to LingerieParkway. Not a word from them other than an email of my order with a note on the status staying "return 15% restocking fee." So almost two months AFTER they received the return I get my refund. I sent them an email saying they have some serious testicles on them charging me a restocking fee after all the hounding I had to do to get them to do their job. Craptacular customer service.
