I was visiting Warsaw and heard about this tour operator. First of all, the website is attractive, easy to navigate, information on it is relevant and straight to point, and I could find information easily. However, I always need clarification and a lot of information for my day plan. I contacted the customer center and my experience was great. I received an answer to my request quickly. They were polite but friendly and helped me out with all my questions.
