One Click Technologies rescued the entire contents of my 10-year-old computer. I am 77 and while my keyboard skills are excellent and a I use my computer daily, I am not what one would call "technically savvy." The tech representative, James, was knowledgeable, patient and respectful through the entire process. The owner, Kevin, was also exceedingly accommodating in answering my questions regarding all services their company provides. Based on my favorable experience today, I subscribed to their very affordable 1-year support contract, which gives me amazing comfort.
