For this company, there should be an option for NO STARS. Placed and paid for an order on August 5th... here it is October 6th and items have not arrived. All previous status queries were met with "Please be patient as ground shipping is slow." Yes, it is. But I'm sure it doesn't take EIGHT freakin' weeks! In addition, the last email I received said to check with my post office. I already had. The company would not provide a tracking number as they claimed I had to pay additional for one and did not do so -- nowhere on the order form was there any info saying a tracking number was additional cost. I have now demanded a refund -- we'll see if that ever happens. I wish I had found these reviews before doing business with these clowns.
