I ordered an American Standard faucet on 1/27, they still show a 1-3 week ship date for that particular faucet. They initially said the product would be shipped on 2/14. On 2/14 they sent an email and said the product would be delayed and shipped on 3/4. I called them and asked if it would be delayed any further. They placed me on hold and called American Standard, and assured me it would not be delayed further. On 2/23 they said it would be delayed until 3/11. Now, on 3/5, they said it would be delayed until 3/21. I called to cancel the order and they said they would "request cancellation" from American Standard, but will not refund my money that they charged on 1/27 until American Standard cancels it. I do not understand why they immediately billed me for the item, but cannot immediately refund my money! When I was speaking to customer service, I asked to speak to her manager. The person I was transferred to, the "so-called" office of the president, hung up on me! Poor customer service!
