I placed an order for several in-stock items in April and several weeks later, having received neither delivery nor any communication from the company, I phoned to enquire what was happening. I was told that items were in fact not in stock but new stock was expected in 10 working days and would be sent out then.
Again, I waited several weeks but still no delivery or communication, so I phoned at the end of June. I was told the items were now in stock and would be sent out.
Somewhat predictably, this again wasn't done. This week, I looked on their website, and found that my order has been deleted, without any communication from the company to let me know why.
Completely unprofessional, I have now bought the items elsewhere.
