Edit: So I just ordered an expensive in-stock item but they have no idea when it will ship because they had a big sale that crippled their entire ability to keep on top of getting product out the door. Sad. This place is actually worse than HTS. I expect this from EE or BBTS not big toy company Hasbro. I guess this is just a typical under-staffed effort done on the cheap like everything else Hasbro does. If I get no shipping by the end of the week I'm going to push for cancellation and refund. I know it'll take a week minimum for Fedex to pretend they're in the shipping business so one order from Pulse will end up taking most of the month to get to me.
Original review: This is just HTS with a new coat of paint. Don't pay for the premium non-sense. Shipping breaks should be standard not behind a paywall considering they insist on using Fedex. Fedex has never met a shipment that they can't delay at the last possible second before the estimated delivery date. Nothing sucks like waiting the obligatory minimum week for you item just to see it delayed a few hours away from it's final destination. We should not be paying premium costs for the worst shipping service ever. Make it flat rate like BBTS or a free option. Options to pay for far superior shipping services like UPS or USPS should also be available but I've been told by representatives that they don't want to invest the resources for those extra logistics options. Fedex it will always be. Delayed your shipping will always be. Cheapest method available for them because "collectors matter."
Also, if you pay extra for their premium BS there is an option to order product early but there is no guarantee you'll actually get to order it. Product frequently sells out fast during the early order period. You just wasted your money on that premium service if you end up in this boat. Also, once in-demand exclusive product sells out, it typically never comes back in stock. Take your orders to EE or BBTS for regular release items. This site is not the "collector friendly" option it's touted as being. It's just HTS 2.0. Nothing more, nothing less.
