The customer service is really bad as it feels they keep you at arms length to communicate with them only via a WhatsApp bot. They enticed me with a spa only to find out after going through their long process to acquire it, the spa was not available for our anniversary so we had to book elsewhere. Then with the tricky to access customer service bot I finally got through to request a refund and they enticed me to put the funds in a wallet, at the time I wasn't sure if they did refunds. So I accepted, I tried looking for something of interest that I needed however there was nothing. When I looked the took the funds from the wallet then citing rules of a time limit and went away with my £140. They did give me another short period of time after I pressed via WhatsApp. However there was nothing I needed to buy and they took off with my £140 as if they worked hard for it and I have nothing.
I've never experienced this before, except when someone tried to rob me at school, but even then I got it back.
