I purchased a Plantronics Bluetooth Headset from them which took one month to be delivered, they refused to reply to my emails regarding this delay. When it was finally delivered it only had a UK battery charger, which is not compliant with Australian power points. I have since learnt that this website is run from Jersey, Channel islands UK even though they have a com.au domain name, they are not Australian, therefore everything purchased from them comes from Jersey, which means Australian buyers are liable for all taxes and duties on top of the purchase price, this may add a further 30% to the price!
