Everyone who uses a Spotify converter or downloader is possible to be suspended. When your account is suspended, please appeal to Spotify in time. At the same time, we suggest that do not download too many songs within a short period, downgrade the conversion speed to 1X (you can adjust it through the settings panel), and use a new Spotify account if possible. Any problems, feel free to contact us. You will get a reply within 48 hours. And we will try our best to resolve it.
