On Oct18 I ordered Now fresh cat food. It took them 2 weeks to tell be they no longer carried my item. It would take them 3-7 business day for my refund. Nothing. I sent them 3 emails and got one that said it was sent to refund department. It's Nov 15 and still nothing.
Products used: I didn’t get anything from them and I never will. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of accountability and transparency is amazing.
