I'd suggest avoiding Seatgeek!
Due to a family conflict I had to "swap" tickets I had for a Frankie Valli concert on June 21,2024. I had the tickets transferred from Ticketmaster to SeatGeek, which was extremely easy. I proceeded to swap the tickets on seatgeek with the intent to use the "discount code" on another date for a Frankie Valli event. I chose July 21. I went to checkout after I saw the discount code and attempted to add it and finished the payment process. After finishing I saw the code wasn't used and my card was charged the full price of the tickets.
I immediately started chatting with 3 different support people getting the same standard book response from each. After 2-3 hours of typing and getting disconnected I got a phone number for support. The support employee, just like all the others said that he would help. After another 45 minutes on the phone he also was no help. I've now paid $800, $390 more than I have the money for but got a "discount code" so I can go through this fiasco again if it doesn't work. Close to 4 hours of runaround with absolutely no resolution whatsoever.
I will use the "discount code" on something and never use the seatgeek service again.

Tip for consumers:
Customer service were pleasant but handcuffed with seatgeeks policies.
Seatgeek is not customer friendly.

This place charged my card then Ghosted me. Their customer service is non existent, there tracking is worthless. When you leave them a message the site claims they will get back to you soon, another lie! I've been trying to contact them for over a month without a reply back. I need to go to my bank and file a fraud report. For now I can only hope I can s as be someone else from being ripped off. Thanks
