I bought a Sony XZ2 Compact from AliExpress which failed after three weeks of use. The battery would not accept charge and depleted within hours. Sony have inspected the product and confirmed that it is genuine, but because I did not buy it from a UK retailer they are not interested in either fixing it or providing any compensation. I appreciate legally I have little recourse, but come on Sony - talk about diabolical customer service. I won't be buying another Sony product in my lifetime.
