My first and last encounter with this company was disappointing. I was shopping for a certain affordable Brother color laser printer. After seeing several major national retailers sold out of that printer, chose to place the order with this company which showed "in stock". Placed order on Thursday, three day holiday weekend and, by the following Wednesday, no communication indicating an unforeseen delay. Order still showed as "pending". A few hours after emailing them, got a reply, from customer service, that they had run out of stock after my order and I needed to wait 2 to 3 weeks. As of last evening, this item still shows on their site as "in stock". Dozens of other Brother color laser models, Even under $300, also show "in stock". Several are in similar price range but none were offered by customer service as an alternative. As none of their products was reported as "not in stock", have to wonder how many others are also being falsely advertised as "in stock". The first rule of professional business is to advertise correctly. The second rule is to communicate, effectively, with your new and old customers. I am afraid these people failed on both counts. To their credit, they replied reasonably quickly and apologized and offered to cancel the order which I accepted.
