This was the worst experience of customer service I have ever encountered. Purchased a $50 gift card for a friend. When he tried to use it, a message that a hold had been out on the card. No reason given only that it was compromised. How or why? Called customer service took well over an hour and very angry. First they said it would take a couple of days to issue a new card for recipient to receive a new card. Why? Just send a new card cancel the other. Refund will take even longer.
Just a bad idea to buy these cards.
