Ordered a xiaomi ninebot and paid over 550 $ (with shipping included) 11 days ago. The product was IN STOCK, i asked for AVAILABILITY before ordering, i was assured is it stock.
Paid using paypal REQUESTING delivery before Christmas, i was told to stay calm, it will surely arrive until then.
I choose DHL delivery at checkout for a lot of money, just to receive the package in time.
After that... the story gets very ugly.
It was friday, they told me is to late for delivery, and to wait until next week. I accepted (BAD MISTAKE, DON'T DO THIS, REQUEST REFUND) and waited until monday when they told me that there is a problem with the supplier. For an 'ON STOCK' item, the situation looked not so right, but i decided to wait. And wait.And wait.
One week passed and i checked my order status on their website, still no change.
But, TO MY SURPRISE, the product that i was waiting for a week to be delivered, the product that i was told is waiting restock (after i was assured it was in stock in the first place!) it was ADVERTISED ON THE FRONT PAGE as in stock and ready to dispatch!
I WAS SHOCKED!
I mailed them, and they told me 'sooo sorry' (they been writing me that for 11 days) and that the package will be delivered next day.
That was saturday, 4 days ago.
I ACCEPTED AGAIN and asked for tracking number on saturday.
Now comes another sad part.
The package 'was' (as they say) delivered using an freight forwarding agent, who will provide them the tracking number in 3 days.
I was again SHOCKED.
I decided to wait again and today, after 4 more days, 11 days in total (12 days for sure, by the time i'm finishing this review the night sets in over China) my patience was over.
Today they told me that the package will be sent using UPS, not DHL.
That sets me back with days on delivery time, and i was never asked if i agree to be demoted from DHL to UPS. They also told me that the package will NOT arrive in time for Christmas, so everything they told me in the first time was wrong(no stock, no delivery in time, no DHL).
When i asked why, they said 'soooo sorry' again.
I'm writing this for everyone who considers ordering from IBUYGOU, and i'm asking you to please DON'T.
DON'T do it for this pain and frustration that accumulates every single day, they are not trustworthy.
I will back this review with emails, screenshots and my order number: **************745
PS: Niky, if you see this, i'm still waiting for my DHL tracking number!

UPDATE:
I received my ninebot on 31 december, and part of the delay was caused by many air companies refusing to carry devices with Li-ION batteries, especially hoverboards, because of the recent packages catching fire onboard. As a plus for ibuygou, they always answerd my emails in very short time. This update doesn't change what i've stated earlier, but takes part of the blame from ibuygou and makes this review right.
