I ordered a passenger backrest. It came with no foam pad for the backrest. I called in and they quickly let me know what I needed to do to get it rectified. I sent back the old part and they immediately sent back the new one. I received it. It was all in one piece. Put it together and it looks great. Customer service was excellent. Couldn't ask for anything more other than they come in earlier but great customer service. Thank you!
