Placed an order with Blind2go following previous purchases from them, my order arrived promptly given the Easter holiday break but unfortunately part of the order was defective, I contacted their Customer Service team and recieved an excellent response, not only did they send me new item to replace the defective one immediately, they also sent some items free of charge that I had forgotten to order in the first place as a goodwill gesture.
