Placed an order on 3/16/20. They charged my card on the 17th. By the 26th after 3 emails went unanswered and nothing sent (I paid the additional $2.99Priorty Processing) I sent another email (unanswered), phone calls: no one picks up. Chat: someone responded saying that the employees there don't have access to emails because of Covid. Refused to give me an address. I contacted the Attorney General of Hawaii (Clare E. Connors) and Treg R. Taylor Att. Gen of Alaska.
Hello,
Appreciate the feed back! Email response delays are due to an outbreak of Covid. Our support staff had to stay away from the work place for at least 3 weeks to ensure the safety of other employees. We understand long wait times can be frustrating and have our covid updates page to keep customers like yourself informed of any operational changes along with email updates on our current situation. Although we do not appreciate the harassment and name calling made to our support staff via online chat. Please be aware that we & our print providers take covid measures very seriously as we have already lost 1 staff member to the virus.
According to our chat log I can see that you were not refused any information but instead, given information on how to get in contact with our management team to request any legal information.
Your order has been refunded and canceled and our management team is looking into your inquiry to see if anything can be done to help make your experience with us better.
Thank you for your patience and understanding
